“Factory temporarily closed”: Khairul Aming treats staff to a five-day trip to Langkawi

SAMBAL Nyet founder Khairul Aming has recently endeared himself to netizens when he announced on Sunday (May 21) night that he was closing his factory for five days to bring his 60 staff on an island escapade on Pulau Langkawi.

The popular influencer shared how he and his staff stayed at the five-star Parkroyal Langkawi Resort throughout their holiday and he even treated them to activities such as jet-skiing, exploring caves, snorkeling, and watching the sunset on two private yachts.

He also provided them with some pocket money to buy chocolates during their holiday there.

“Alhamdulillah I am fortunate to have been able to share rezeki, looking at their happy smiles make me happy as well. Hopefully we can do more trips with them, I appreciate my team very much,” he said in the video uploaded to his social media accounts earlier today (May 22).

Heaping praise on the entrepreneur, user @Pokokpangkal said:

(It’s really nice of him. I don’t see him indulging in expensive cars and spend lavishly to self-reward himself. He spends more on staff rewards, duit raya, food, holiday, shopping allowances, food, staycations, food, cruise, and more food. Enjoy. Build the trust)

Concurring, user @zafranmustafa said the more the employer gives, the more he will profit, which is a win-win situation when it comes to sharing his profits.

User @maisrhna_ jokingly enquired if there were any vacancies in Khairul’s company, adding as she would even take on the task of a sambal taster as she has high tolerance for spicy food.

Meanwhile, user @ajimmamai said after scrolling through the comments, it can be concluded that an employer like Khairul Aming would set a benchmark for all the youths out there who are looking for employment.

At the time of writing, the video garnered 14.9k retweets and 37.2k likes on Twitter. – May 22, 2023
