DELIVERY riders are essentially frontliners who work tirelessly by braving bad weather just to deliver food and other essential items to consumers while the latter stay safe at home in the quest to flatten the COVID-19 infection curve.
To show its appreciation to its deliver partners’ hard work, foodpanda Malaysia has rolled out a series of added benefits which offer greater convenience and discounts for all delivery partners for 2Q 2021.
Commenting on this announcement, foodpanda Malaysia’s head of logistics Shubham Saran commented that his team is always looking for new ways and opportunities to reward its delivery partners.
foodpanda Malaysia currently operates in more than 85 cities in country with over 35,000 riders and 2,500 walkers as of Dec 2020.
End of last year, foodpanda Malaysia ventured into online grocery business, Pandamart which features over 3,500 daily essentials such as groceries, fresh produce, household essentials, beauty products and over the counter medication among others delivered directly from its own storage facilities.
