Global pandemic won’t hold Glomac down, project construction on track

DESPITE the global pandemic slowing down countless construction sites in Malaysia, Glomac’s projects remain on track and are even days ahead in terms of construction progress for its high rise projects 121 Residences and Plaza@Kelana Jaya.

According to Glomac chief operating officer of operations Zulkifly Garib, the stellar performance could be attributed to the constant cooperation between Glomac’s project teams and business partners.

Located in the heart of PJ-Damansara, 121 Residences service apartments was launched in August 2019, consisting of two 32-storey towers on an approximately 3.1-acre land.

The modern high-rise development offers a total of 834 SoHo units (450 sq ft) and service apartments (750 sq ft) with a gross development value (GDV) RM327 mil.

Meanwhile, Plaza@Kelana Jaya launched in June 2018 is a freehold development on an approximately 3.2-acre site located along the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), which is targeted to complete by 2022.

The project consists of 696 units of service apartments and SoHo and 16 units of three-storey shop offices, with a total GDV of RM347 mil.

With high visibility and road frontage, the 16 units of shop lots at Plaza@Kelana Jaya are perfect for showrooms and retail businesses.

Additionally, Glomac unveiled Primrose, its newest double-storey terrace homes in Saujana KLIA, Sepang last week, which have since received encouraging responses.
