Grab hailer goes bananas for scoring Toyota Alphard; Netizens are unimpressed

HOW does it feel to be riding in a vehicle as luxurious as a limousine or something similar?

Nowadays, people don’t even need a background rooted in affluence to experience it since there is Grab Premium. But some luck may be required.

In a video post on X by netizen JalalMisai, a Grab user could be seen brimming with excitement when he got a Toyota Alphard for his ride.

Adding humour to the scene was the fact that he was all alone to content with the ample space provided by the vehicle.

Interestingly, netizens were not impressed by his experience or were rather more annoyed by the way he expressed himself in the video.

On another note, JalalMisai who shared the video wondered whether these rich people who did grab were either too free or if they simply wanted more cash.

He pointed out that sometime back, a Chinese uncle once did Grab at the USJ area. And the vehicle? A MCLaren. The man didn’t even take the fee, stating that he was merely bored.

This information shouldn’t come as a shock to Grab hailers. Previously The Rakyat Post reported a Grab Premium user in Kuala Lumpur enjoying a ride in a BMW 5 Series for only RM5.40.

Now at least Grab hailers will have some inkling to what they may get when they engage the premium service.
