Taking Casio G-SHOCK of 2019 to the next level, the “third generation of toughness” has come out with two new carbon series, the GA-2000 and GWRB1000 Gravitymaster.
Carbon fibre is hard, strong, light, durable against thermal change, stands the test of time and strong against deformation. In essence, carbon fibre merges the lightness of resin with strength surpassing metal to revolutionise shock resistance.
The supremely tough watches introduced in the line – GA-2000 is the analog-digital watch that comes with a sleeker look of new urban outdoor style. The Carbon Core Guard structure includes notable features such as a carbon fibre-reinforced case, guardless buttons, front light button, a double case back structure and a multi-colour resin band.
GWR-B1000 is the lightest Gravitymaster ever with a new carbon monocoque case that is incredibly tough. Designed for severe environments faced by pilots, this new toughness is made possible through the use of the same carbon and titanium materials found on modern aircrafts.
The watch comes with an array of premium features, including 52 layers of carbon sheeting bezel, a carbon fibre insert band and scratch-resistant sapphire glass which enhances readability. The lightest Gravitymaster also utilises tough solar technology, atomic timekeeping, is Bluetooth enabled and features full auto double LEDs which automatically illuminates in dark conditions.
