ISMAIL is in his mid-20s and still lives with his parents in a double-storey terrace house in one of the older residential enclaves in Shah Alam.

Given the proximity to his parents’ home plus the myriad amenities on offer at edusentral, Ismail made up his mind to invest in the large unit. He could not wait to share the good news with his parents.
