HCK Capital Group (HCK) today announced the launch of e.Sentral, its first smart city development where every home feature can be controlled right from a mobile app.
With ESG in the spotlight, HCK is one of the few property developers in the country taking sustainability to the next level.
The e.Sentral development, a collaboration between the leading property developer and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), is set to benefit thousands of homebuyers and their communities.
HCK Group Managing Director Datuk Dr. Dennis Ling and PKNS Deputy Chief Executive Office (Development) Tuan Ir. Haji Md. Kamarzan bin Md. Rais officiated the groundbreaking ceremony for the landmark project.
On the launch, Datuk Dr. Dennis Ling said, “Our latest project will yet again set a landmark for the property market with its smart-city concept accompanied by nature. e.Sentral is our vision of future living, where trees and tech coexist harmoniously.”
“This development reflects our commitment to sustainability meeting GreenRE and ESG standards. With its strong focus on modern township and elements of nature, e.Sentral located in Damansara West clearly resonates with HCK’s vision of a sustainable community living with tech and trees,” said Dennis.
Nestled in Damansara West, this 10-acre development combines cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly designs, offering a seamless blend of smart living and nature.
“PKNS brings expertise in developing sustainable communities, while HCK contributes its smart technology and eco-friendly design. Together, we are setting new standards for smart cities,” he added.
The first phase consists of 5 acres of mixed development and a 2-acre facility deck. Strategically located next to a 62-acre forest, e.Sentral is designed for urbanites seeking a smart lifestyle amidst nature.
As the first of many HCK projects that will be based on the “tech and trees” concept, the development will offer a variety of smart home features as standard, including digital controls for electricity, locks, cameras and lights.
According to Dennis, e.Sentral will offer advanced features like car plate recognition at barrier gates, face recognition in lobbies, and motion sensors to save energy. Its 2-acre facility deck will cater to various lifestyle needs, including an Olympic-length pool and plenty of green spaces.– Aug 15, 2024
