Setting the tone for a bright, exciting 2023 is news that owners of the Covington and Foster Suites are set to receive the keys to their premium investment.

The Covington and Foster Suites are located in two 18-storey towers in the edusphere development in Cyberjaya. Each tower has a total of 176 units.

These service suites feature a fully equipped pantry, air-conditioning, washer and dryer as well as parking for one or two vehicles depending on units.

Residents can also look forward to use of landscaped gardens, gymnasium, sports court, multipurpose hall, BBQ area and many other facilities that make eduspehere a standout address in the Cyberjaya locale.

Part of the education cities series, edusphere has a major education component anchoring the development. In this case, it is the University of Cyberjaya which will offer high footfall into the area as well as boost demand for rented accommodation.

“After a delay caused by the lockdowns, we are delighted to be handing over the suites to the owners,” shared HCK Capital Group’s managing director (operations and oversight) Datuk Dr Dennis Ling.

“The handover reflects HCK’s commitment to meeting purchaser expectations with timely handovers and the building of quality products.”

He added: “We want to assure current investors and prospective buyers that HCK is a developer committed to meeting its obligations. The New Year is going to be a very exciting time for HCK with many new projects in the pipeline and we are confident the property market remains buoyant and we can prosper together.”
