KUALA LUMPUR-based Xamble Group Ltd is targeting group EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) breakeven in 2027 as it accelerates its transformation from a services-driven digital marketing business into an AI-powered creator-commerce platform spanning seven Southeast Asian markets.
The Australian Securities Exchange (ASE)-listed group plans to achieve this through a greater focus on higher-margin businesses, including live commerce and affiliate marketing while deploying artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to improve operational efficiency and support regional growth.
In a letter to shareholders, Xamble CEO Adrian Tan said the group was moving beyond restructuring towards a new phase of growth which is supported by the development of agentic AI capabilities across its operations.
Xamble is already testing agentic AI in creator sourcing, sales and campaign operations with plans to progressively introduce AI agents capable of managing campaigns from end to end under human supervision.
The transformation will be implemented in stages through 2029, including the development of software products and the use of proprietary data to match brands, creators and consumers across its regional markets.

Xamble’s immediate objective is to achieve group EBITDA breakeven during 2027 although this would depend on sustained revenue growth and successful execution, according to Tan.
Optimising bottom-line growth
The strategy comes as Xamble expands its commercial reach through strategic partnerships, including a collaboration between its YouthsToday business and Chinese e-commerce platform Taobao for the latter’s 11.11 Global Shopping Festival in Malaysia.
Under the partnership, YouthsToday is sourcing and activating influencers and content creators to drive consumer awareness, traffic and sales for Taobao’s campaign which runs from Oct 20 to Nov 13.
The collaboration also provides an opportunity for Xamble to demonstrate the capabilities of its expanded influencer network following the acquisition of YouthsToday earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Xamble reported that its live commerce revenue jumped 61% quarter-on-quarter (qoq) in its 3Q FY2026 ended Sept 30, 2026 while its gross profit margin improved to approximately 44% from 38% in the preceding quarter.
As it is, the group’s quarterly revenue rose 16% year-on-year (yoy) to A$1.92 mil (RM5.48 mil) while its net operating cash outflow declined 91% to A$54,000, thus bringing the group closer to operating cash-flow breakeven.

The group’s influencer community also expanded 474% yoy to 22,961 creators, including those integrated from YouthsToday while cumulative transactions facilitated through its platform increased 146% to 77,439.
To support the next phase of growth, Xamble has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Aaliyah Soraya as chief commercial officer and YouthsToday founder Jazz Tan as chief operating officer effective November 2026.
The immediate priority, according to Tan, is to translate the group’s operational improvements into sustainable growth with AI playing an increasingly important role in its business model.
“The final quarter of 2026 and beyond are about proving it can grow – profitably and with AI as its core enabler,” he added. – Nov 2, 2026
