GLOVE makers Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd and Supermax Corp Bhd will be added to the MSCI Global Standard Indexes by the end of this month, MSCI Global Standard said in a statement yesterday.
But construction group IJM Corp Bhd would be deleted, MSCI added.
As of 11.24am, Kossan’s shares were up 2.38% at RM15.46, giving it a market capitalisation of RM19.77 bil while Supermax trended 5.30% higher at RM19.88 for a value of RM27.07 bil.
But IJM Corp dropped 8.50% to RM1.40, for a market capitalisation of RM5.10 bil. – Aug 13, 2020
