Glomac adds to its affordable homes portfolio with Primrose

GLOMAC Bhd is on its first phase of its affordable landed residential development in Saujana KLIA to fulfil the needs of first-time home buyers and young professionals as well as investors looking for properties away from the city.

Dubbed as Primrose, the double-storey house project comprising 123 units of affordable homes is part of the 231-acre Saujana KLIA (SKLIA) development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.3 bil.

According to Glomac head of sales and marketing Kim Neoh, Primrose is an ideal start-up home for a modern family and it can even be an investment property, considering its price.

Meanwhile, its sales and marketing manger of townships Eliza Jamaludin elaborated that Primrose is designed with the concept of interior spaciousness that promotes freedom to living, dining and kitchen areas.

The development offers four-bedroom three-bathroom units within a built-up area ranging between 1,560 and 2,288 sq ft and is targeted to be ready for completion in 2023.

“So far, we have completed phases of SKLIA that includes Alcea, Camellia, Thistle, Heather and Azalea and many more. Future developments in the township could include strata apartments, detached homes, townhouses, shop offices and a commercial centre,” Eliza said.

Alcea and Camellia were among the last development at SKLIA, both launched in May 2016 and were sold out within weeks of launch. – March 22, 2021
