SHARP Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is in the works on launching Cocoro Life by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PUC Bhd to develop, promote and implement the digital backend.
Cocoro Life is a digital integrated lifestyle ecosystem that utilises artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies with an aim to provide timely and efficient e-Services for SHARP home and office appliances.
Slated to be officially unveiled in January 2021, Cocoro Life’s AI features enable users to monitor the service and maintenance status of their products. In the long run, this will improve the turnaround time of product repairs.
