TRANSPORT Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook is the most popular cabinet minister in the unity government, ahead of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, according to a mega survey, 100 Days of Administration of Anwar as Prime Minister.
Loke is said to have garnered 49% of the vote, thus putting Anwar in second place with 40% of the vote.Also standing out according to the people’s evaluation is the Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh, in third place with 39% of the vote.Some netizens disputed the survey results though, saying it was pure nonsense and accusing it of being a survey from a pro-Perikatan Nasional (PN) entity.User @pklong_Z said:

The user also said Loke in second place is a good choice and is unhappy that International Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz is among the top 10.
Nevertheless, the other two places in the list of the Top 5 People’s Choice Ministers are filled by the Local Government Development Minister Nga Kor Ming with 34% and Legal and Institutional Reform Minister Datuk Seri Azalina Othman, who obtained 33% of the vote.Several other ministers were also chosen for their good performance, among them Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil 30%, Agriculture and Food Security Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu (28%) and Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub (27%).
The online survey was conducted jointly by Sinar Harian, Astro Awani, Sin Chew, The Star and Malaysia Nanban in collaboration with research firm O2 Research.More than 36,000 respondents took part in the survey, which was conducted over 10 days. — Feb 26, 2023
