Magnitude 5.9 earthquake in Tokyo caught on camera as 30 injured

A magnitude 5.9 earthquake rattled eastern Japan, including Tokyo, early Sunday, injuring 23 people. Most injuries were minor, with people falling or hitting furniture as they reacted to the shaking.
