EVERY cloud has a silver lining. Even if a situation or an action is perceived to be exceedingly foolish, there are always benefits hidden in the background.
Take for example a recent video on X which showed a bunch of Mat Rempit executing wheelies on the road.
However, one of the road devils’ was not so lucky. In his second attempt at a wheelie, the front wheel of his motorcycle decided that since the rider didn’t need him anyway, it might as well run away. And that was exactly what happened.
And since a motorcycle at top speed minus a wheel is nothing but disaster, we can already imagine what is going to happen to the rider.

It is acts like these that ensure doctors and nurses remain as an in-demand profession. Netizens get free entertainment too besides a new victim for them to condemn.
According to @aDiSepuL, the person who recorded the video should have captured the best part where the crash occurred.
Another netizen pointed out if the person dies in the accident, will they blame the road for the cause of it.
“It would be good if he breaks his teeth, so he will have a sweet smile in the future,” said an unsympathetic @muhammadshahir_.
Netizen @BilliBear3 further cautioned that such individuals should not drive a bus or a lorry when they grow up.
One sharp-eyed netizen quickly identified the location of the scene as the reservoir at Bukit Merah.
Meanwhile, @4nassarnold lamented the fact that these people will repent for a while when one of their members died and then continue with their action.
Some pointed out that wheelies only look good on bicycles, not motorcycles while @opel_gemini wondered if his wheel was secured to the bike using thread.
Regardless of all the comments, feedback and suggestions, we can all agree that a vehicle with two wheels should be ridden with two wheels. Unless it is a unicycle.
But the road isn’t the circus anyway so let’s leave those stunts for the professionals. —June 11, 2025
