MALAYSIAN Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) is having its first ever MATTA Fair Online, featuring domestic and future international travel packages from about 100 exhibitors participating in the fair, happening from Sept 23 to 30, 2020.
This new initiative is the first phase of MATTA’s recovery approach, with many more to come in the future to cater to the various needs of Malaysian travellers.
“The pandemic has fundamentally changed the future of travel and we are in a position to seize new opportunities by transforming and enabling discovery and booking of travel products and services through a digital platform,” MATTA president Tan Kon Liang said.
“The MATTA Fair Online signals MATTA’s efforts to kick-start the recovery from the impact of the pandemic on the travel and tourism industry and to incite interest among the travellers now,” he added. – Sept 25, 2020
