A VIDEO of a road mishap in Bintulu, Sarawak is quite possibly the definition of a miraculous escape.
Shared by MYNEWSHUB (@mynewshub) on X, the 38-second clip shows a vehicle sliding across the road with the driver having obviously lost control.
It hits a ditch and turns turtle several times but not before the young lady commandeering the vehicle was flung out through the window, landing nearby.
The driver can be seen getting up and walking around the wreckage in a dazed state. It has been reported that she only suffered minor injuries from the horrifying crash.

It is obvious the lady wasn’t wearing her seatbelt, otherwise she wouldn’t be flung from the vehicle. It is incredible that she was not badly hurt from being ejected in such a manner.
Even more so that she was not crushed by the vehicle that turned turtle. The clip has already generated over 703.6K views at time of publication with many netizens in utter shock as to how the young lady escaped meeting the Grim Reaper.
As the incident happened quite fast, it is difficult to see the moment the driver is flung out of the vehicle.
This was when one netizen took the time to freeze frame the accident and explain just how the lady survived this crash. ‘Luck’ had plenty to do with it with the moment she was flung out and the trajectory combining to allow her the luckiest of escapes.
Many also pointed out that the driver was NOT wearing seat belts, thus causing her to be flung from the vehicle. It is almost incomprehensible that she escaped serious injuries.
One even wondered asking what is the point of buying expensive vehicles if one cannot be bothered to use the basic safety equipment.
One commenter urged all motorists to buckle up, no matter how short a journey. Recounting a friend’s journey to a shop just across the road, failure to wear seatbelts led to the driver being hurled through the windscreen in an accident, resulting in multiple serious injuries.
Just to emphasise what a lucky escape it was for the young lady driver, one commenter equated it to her hitting the lottery jackpot.
Whether you want to call it fate or just a plain lucky escape, one thing is for sure – miracles do indeed happen.
