MM Computer Systems receives Bursa Malaysia’s green light for ACE Market IPO

MM Computer Systems Bhd has received the go-ahead fom Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd to proceed with its proposed listing on the ACE Market, thus marking a key milestone in the group’s initial public offering (IPO) journey.

The listing exercise is managed by Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd which acts as the principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent while SCS Global Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd serves as the corporate finance adviser to the IPO.

MMCS is an IT solutions provider operating through its wholly owned subsidiaries Micro Technology Solution Sdn Bhd and SMIND Sdn Bhd.

With more than 23 years of operating history through its subsidiaries, the group has built a track record in delivering IT infrastructure and networking solutions, cybersecurity solutions and IT outsourcing services to government-linked companies (GLCs), enterprises and corporations as well as resellers who sell IT hardware and software and provide IT solutions across Malaysia.

SMIND is itself a Tier 1 Malaysia Digital Status company which entitles it to income tax exemption.

The group’s business model combines project-based design, implementation and configuration of IT solutions with recurring revenue streams from long-term maintenance and technical support services, supported by a certified technical workforce and long-standing relationships with clients across multiple sectors.
