FEDERAL Territories Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa said more than 10,000 civil and regional residence units are targeted to be developed in Putrajaya starting this year and expected to be completed in 2027.Zaliha said the development of both types of residency will benefit those with low and medium incomes by allowing them to own affordable homes at prices below RM300,000.“This is one of the efforts to improve people’s living standards under the Programme Usaha Jaya Insan (PUJI) cluster through the Lindung @ PUJI initiative.“God willing in Putrajaya this project will be developed in various precincts with a target of more than 10,000 units to be built starting in 2024 and completed in 2027,” she said through a post on Facebook today. – March 16, 2024
