DON’T trouble trouble until trouble troubles you. This adage best applies to a recent video post on X where a motorcyclist could be seen agitating an elephant.
According to JalalMisai who brought the video to light, the elephant was already retreating into the confines of the forest. However, a motorcyclist went over for a close up, recording the creature on his phone.
The creature went for him, resulting in the motorcyclist beating a hasty retreat.

Due to his action, it then went over to inspect the nearest vehicle as can be seen in the frightening footage.
The online community was in an uproar, condemning the motorcyclist for endangering the lives of others.
Netizen A2K went further to say that such foolish people should get a good whipping at the school assembly so that the kids will know not to do such nonsense.
SmolPumpkin added that the elephant should have just stepped on the two idiots right there.
“Because of this motorcyclist, there will be cases of deaths. Just a bit more and it would have stepped on the car,” said san 180.
“What a fool. Hopefully your motorcycle will always spoil. Hopefully all your vehicles at home will be in need of repair. So foolish to trouble people,” said tahajjud enjoyer.
Fortunately the elephant was kind enough not to attack any of the vehicles on the road. With all its bulk and strength, a car is akin to an empty tin can.
Elephant attacks are not uncommon, and quite a few of them have resulted in deaths. This can be seen in the recent case in Mersing where a man was trampled to death after trying to chase away an elephant in Felda Tenggaroh Five.
We can only breathe a sigh of relief that everyone came out of this horrifying scene unharmed.
On second thought, we still think it would have been better if the elephant had stomped some common sense into the two fools. —Feb 2, 2025
