Netizen compared lawyer to male organ for terrible parking behaviour

LIVING and driving in Malaysia, one can attest to the interesting behaviour displayed by fellow Malaysians on the road.

That behaviour also extends to their parking, with the wide array of aggravating patterns creating inconvenience to other vehicle drivers.

But when the driver is a lawyer in a BMW displaying a Malaysian Bar badge, expect sparks to fly. We are not saying that all lawyers driving BMW with a Malaysian Bar badge are devils in suits.

However, here is an interesting example as posted by Syed Jaymal Zahiid on X.

Apparently a lawyer in a white BMW parked his car in a manner where it took up quite a bit of the disabled parking space.

Note that people with disabilities usually need more space especially when said individual is in a wheelchair.

Now with the space being occupied, it is not even possible for other drivers to park their car let alone allow disabled individuals to move about.

On top of that, the lawyer even had an attitude which is unsurprising considering what had been done.

Apparently the security personnel advised him not to do so, but the lawyer simply walked off. All he had to do was take just a moment to realign his BMW to correct the mistake.

But it would seem that such a simple act was beyond his status. Prompted by the Malaysian Bar badge, netizen Gaius Lai issued a biting comment.

A keen eyed netizen said that the lawyer is driving with an expired license although it was later pointed out that such licenses are now digitallised.

Netizen Running Bob added that such lawyers are the ones who straddle between hell and the world. Looking at that attitude, we wholeheartedly agree although people may say that we should never judge a person by their parking.

Dillydaly made a pertinent point that if status needs to be flaunted, then the lawyer may have to work on it in the first place.

More than just being an an article for awareness or entertainment, we do believe that a lawyer is a respectable profession.

With that said, lawyers regardless of their status or fancy ride should be mindful of their conduct or risk smearing the profession as a whole. – Sept 29, 2024
