WHEN an amenity is designated for the public, expect many interesting, weird or terrible things to happen there.
Take for example the public laundry where people have placed diapers, and sadly even live kittens inside the washing machine in the past.
But the list is about to get longer. In a video posted on X by netizen Roman Akramovich, a couple could be seen trying to stuff a whole mattress into the washing machine.

Obviously, the huge mattress could not fit inside, as can be seen in the video where a large portion of it remains sticking outside.
Roman Akramovich who posted the video finds it difficult to believe it.
“This foolishness may have been fabricated, as it is impossible for humans to be so stupid,” he said.
Netizen Abu Osman Wonda also wondered if this was a prank, and not a real scene.
On another note, Roman Akramovich said he stopped using the public laundry as he couldn’t stand the behaviour of selfish people. Finally he bought a combination of washing machine and dryer.

Netizen fazrul_Realforce_Security added that people should be responsible by telling off these people who do such things. “If they get angry, simply walk away as we have done our part,” he said.
Finally, here comes a pertinent comment from Md Razif who suggested they place their heads inside the washing machines to clean their brains too.
We couldn’t agree more with Md Razif. Even in the unlikely event that the mattress could fit into the washing machine, expect a serious malfunction to happen.
