ONEXOX which offers pre-paid, post paid and eSim telco services is strengthening both its business and customer base in the East Coast by officially marking their first flagship in Kelantan via the opening of XOX Partnership Programme (XPP) outlet.
What makes this outlet special is that the outlet is owned by Wan Norlatifah Wan Jaafar who is a main distributor of ONEXOX and also a special person with disability.
When interviewed, Wan Norlatifah expressed her gratitude as she was given the trust and responsibility to operate the outlet under her supervision.
“When I first started as ONEXOX Dealer nine years ago, it never crossed my mind that one day I would be an outlet owner,” she recalled.
“I am extremely pleased and grateful that ONEXOX had provided this opportunity to everyone with no discrimination, and regardless of background and capabilities, including myself.”
“I hope to set the example and as a motivation to everyone out there that if they put their mind and focus to achieve something, they will achieve it,” added Wan Norlatifah.
ONEXOX is telco product under XOX Bhd whereby the latter is the first Malaysian mobile virtual network operator (MNVO) listed on Bursa Malaysia with 2.5 million subscribers.
The ONEXOX brand is owned by One XOX Sdn Bhd, a Bumiputera company which has been operating as a MVNO since 2014 to market XOX products with a unique and distinctive mobile service plan.
The new XPP outlet in Kelantan is the 14th XPP outlet in Malaysia. Currently, ONEXOX owns about 100 physical point-of-sales (POS) that are operating throughout the country.
In general, ONEXOX leverages on its dealer base through its special entrepreneurship programme in expanding its business, according to its CEO Bobie Farid Shamsuddin.
“ONEXOX entrepreneurship programme is designed for everyone; it has proven to be pandemic-proof whereby it has helped 24,000 dealers to generate income during the MCO (movement control order) with a sustainable business model to grow in the long term,” he explained.
