AMUSED by former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’ statement that the people were looking back at Barisan Nasional (BN) rule, the public took to social media to make their opinions heard.
“Yg rindu tu bkn rakyat biasa tapi rakyat yg bangang..kikikki,” said user Zack Taipan.
(The ones who misses BN are not ordinary folks but the halfwits).
User Zawawi Tenggara added: “Rindu nak menyamun…tu dah lama tak buat..geng dia je yg rindu…rakyat dah seram dgn geng nie…”
(They miss robbing us. It has been a while and his gang misses it. The people are frightened now).
On that note, user Muzaffar Syah Mallow offered an advise to the Melaka electorate; never vote for a foolish leader.
“Nasihat kepada pengundi: Jangan undi orang bodoh jadi wakil rakyat anda…Sekian, terima kasih!!!”
(My advise to voters. Don’t elect a fool to become your representative. Thank you!)
During a campaign trip to Melaka, Najib, who is also BN advisory council chairman, said that the upcoming Melaka polls will bring back the coalition’s glory days.
“The people miss being under BN administration and we are confident that our agenda will bring the best for the people compared to other administrations,” Astro Awani reported the Pekan MP as saying.
Foolish and disconnected
Unimpressed with Najib’s assertions, user Ezad Zainal said he had never seen an ex-premier who was disconnected like Najib.
“Tak pernah aku jumpa bekas PM yang bodoh macam dia ni….dah la bodoh, bangang pulak tu…”
(I have never seen a former premier as stupid as he is. Not only a fool but also ignorant)
User Mohd Saufi remarked: “Rindu zaman harga barang melambung tinggi sampai nak makan pun susah sebab duit poket kering kena GST, lepas tu tadah BRIM??? nak rasa kenyang tengok PM kak mah ke hulu ke hilir shopping naik jet??? Beli cincin 24juta?”
