PASIR Mas Member of Parliament Ahmad Fadhli Shaari has claimed that the PH administration is on the brink of collapse, calling on BN and PN to lock in their electoral alliance to sweep the next general election.
In a recent commentary on Facebook, the PAS leader declared that the PH government is on its last leg and urged the opposition bloc to maintain momentum until Parliament is dissolved.
According to Ahmad Fadhli, if the BN-PN cooperation is replicated on a national scale during the upcoming general election, the coalition could capture all states across Peninsular Malaysia, including the PH stronghold of Penang.
He urged opposition leaders to disregard olive branches extended by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, referring to them as ‘Hari Raya forgiveness’ invitations, and focus instead on professional service while preparing for the polls.
Ahmad urged the leadership of both coalitions not to look back and to press forward with what he termed a proven winning formula.
Addressing PH voters directly, Ahmad Fadhli argued that continuing to back a coalition that is almost certain to lose would be futile, pointing to allocation disputes as a practical reason for voters to realign their support early.
He also rejected arguments that recent election trends were driven by racial fearmongering, asserting that voters made calculated choices based on the current administration’s shortcomings.
“Reflect upon yourselves. There is a reason why the people reject you today,” he added, concluding his personal reflection with Insya-Allah (God willing).—Aug 2, 2026
