Pos Malaysia CEO offers swift apology for dismissive remarks

RECENTLY, Pos Malaysia CEO Charles Brewer issued an apology after making a dismissive remark on an internal platform.

It was in response to a postman’s request for a new uniform, as the employee’s current one was torn.

Brewer’s comment, suggesting the postman was lucky compared to foreign carriers that don’t provide uniforms, was shared on social media, sparking public outrage.

Pos Malaysia stated that Brewer apologised, promising to foster a respectful work culture. The issue was resolved amicably.
