AS the pandemic continues to disrupt the traffic of visitors checking in to hotels, most hotels would have to get creative with when it comes to making ends meet.
With food delivery services gaining traction in an increasingly contactless environment, some hotels are jumping on the train as well.
In one instance, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences (Pullman KLCC) has begun to offer food delivery services with various options of delicacies to choose from.
Be it for an office-sized get-together, a secret birthday celebration or even family events, Pullman KLCC is able to cater a feast for up to 80 people.
Among the delicacies available includes:
- Japanese Sushi Box: A fresh dish that includes hanna sushi, ebi pumpkin avocado, salmon mayo, sambal torch and glazed tuna nigiri (total 40 pieces) at RM128.
- Chicken Snack Box: Sesame barbeque chicken wing, handmade chicken nuggets and chicken sausages (total 30 pieces) at RM55.
- Pullman Club Box: Layered sandwiches with a wide range of flavours (total 10 pieces) at RM45.
- Sedap Fruits Tart Box: Fruit tartlets (total 16 pieces) at RM45.
- Takoyaki Box: Japanese Takoyaki balls (total 20 pieces) at RM45.
- Flavourful Croissants Box: Warm freshly-baked croissants (total 10 pieces) at RM45.
With the food arrival time estimated at an average of 40 minutes, the food delivery is available from 11am to 9pm with no extra charges for delivery for orders priced above RM100 within a 10km radius from Pullman KLCC.
However, an additional RM5 will be charged for every 5km for locations beyond 10km and delivery fees less than RM100 are RM5 (1km – 5km) and RM10 (6km – 10km).
