Ramssol inks strategic tie-up with India’s enterprise software platform provider Ramco Systems

RAMSSOL Group Bhd, a leading human capital management (HCM) solutions and technology provider, has unveiled a significant regional expansion plan with its strategic partnership with Ramco Systems, a global technology leader in enterprise software.

The tie-up sealed between the group’s wholly-owned subsidiary RAMS Solutions Sdn Bhd and Ramco Systems Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chennai, India-based Ramco Systems will enable the former to distribute, re-sell and implement Ramco’s enterprise applications in the Southeast Asia region, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Signalling a strong alliance that is poised to capture a substantial market share, the partnership will leverage Ramssol’s extensive expertise in people consulting management and Ramco’s prowess in offering SaaS (software as a service)-enabled enterprise solutions, especially its recently launched AI-ML powered Ramco Payce.

“This strategic partnership with Ramco Systems represents a significant enhancement to our service offerings. Ramco’s enterprise applications are expected to receive a strong reception in the market, further strengthening our position in the SEA region,” commented Ramssol’s group managing director and CEO Datuk Seri Cllement Tan Chee Seng.

“Our deep understanding of the SEA market and successful track record make us an ideal partner for Ramco as it looks to strengthen its footprint and jointly aim for a sales target of US$10 mil (RM47 mil) in order bookings over a period of time.”

On this note, Ramco Systems CEO Sundar Subramanian expects the collaboration to underscore shared commitment between both partners to deliver innovative SaaS-enabled payroll solutions with a modern user interface that is designed to empower organisations to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.

Serving over 1,000 customers and two million users globally, Ramco specialises in global payroll, aviation, aerospace & defence and enterprise resource planning (ERP).

The forged alliance between both industry leaders is poised to disrupt the landscape of enterprise solutions by paving the way for a new era of growth and prosperity across various sectors.

At 10.30am, Ramssol was up 0.5 sen or 0.99% to 51 sen with 4.24 million shares traded, thus valuing the company at RM163 mil. – May 30, 2024
