RPK to Najib’s loyalists: Zahid has betrayed BN-UMNO, Bossku to languish behind bars

MERCENARY blogger and once PKR ally Raja Petra Kamaruddin (RPK) has turned the table on UMNO president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, exposing his sinister plan and holding him responsible for lying to the loyal supporters of incarcerated former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak on prospect of an early release for their Bossku (Najib’s moniker).

In a well-articulated video clip lasting 16 minutes and 29 seconds, the fugitive blogger who is believed to be residing in Manchester, UK further claimed that the Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman is currently ‘all out’ to ascertain the future and well-being of Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Prime Minister (PM) Datuk Sri Anwar Ibrahim.

“Najib’s supporters are asking if he has been made a sacrificial lamb and that they were lied into believing and supporting a fake plan for Zahid to ensure that Anwar can be PM,” claimed RPK.

“In short, UMNO leaders like Najib as well as the party have been “prostituted” so that PH and Anwar can advance and Zahid can thumb a lift (to safeguard his political future) while the rest will be left behind to mampus (rot/die).”

According to RPK, the prospect of Najib’s judicial review had rejoiced his loyal supporters who “a day or two before earlier” had been jumping with joy that their leader would be released and able to celebrate Raya at home and that “he would be re-trailed and pending re-trial, he would be released on bail”.

Chants of “Bebas Bossku” (Free Bossku) and “Hidup Bossku” were heard as Datuk Seri Najib Razak left the Palace of Justice in Putrajaya after his application for leave to review his conviction and sentence in his SRC International case was dismissed by the Federal Court in a majority 4-1 decision on March 31

But the joy was short-lived as the former Pekan MP will continue to serve his 12-year jail term in the RM42 mil SRC International Sdn Bhd corruption case.

Last Friday (March 31), a five-person Federal Court bench chaired by Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Datuk Abdul Rahman Sebli denied Najib’s review application in a majority 4-1 verdict.

“This has been promised and confirmed by both Anwar and Zahid but never happened. When confronted why Najib wasn’t released, Zahid reasoned that it was the court decision and that he wouldn’t want to interfere in court matters,” shared RPK.

“So now Najib’s supporters have realised that their role in toppling (Anwar’s predecessor) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob or to support Anwar to become PM is just a cerita dongeng (fairy tale) as Zahid has from the outset knew that BN-UMNO won’t win the GE15 (15th General Election) but would be dealt with a heavy defeat instead.”

Added RPK: “Therefore, BN-UMNO has no choice but to support PH rather than for it to hanyut (drown) or become a “lame duck” as an opposition with dismal number of seats. Otherwise, BN-UMNO will not exist anymore five years from now while Najib will remain in prison and won’t be out till GE16 and will likely be forgotten after a year or two.” – April 3, 2023
