A Russian drone strike in Ukraine’s northeastern Sumy region has killed at least nine people.
The attack comes just a day after Moscow and Kyiv held their first direct peace talks in over three years.
Although no ceasefire was reached, both sides agreed to exchange prisoners. The strike underscores the fragile state of negotiations, with civilian lives still at risk.
