HOME Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail started a poll on the X platform with four specific questions, and users have voted massively for a continued crackdown against illegal immigrants also known as PATI.
A total of 18,340 votes were received at the time of writing, with a massive 62% choosing PATI as the policy the Home Ministry (KDN) should follow up with this year.
It was followed by 22.7% vote for ‘scammers’. The other two choices given to the public in the poll are drugs, 5.8% and nationality, 9.5%.

Ini antara fokus KDN tahun 2024, cuma dari kaca mata Tuan/Puan, apa yang menjadi keutamaan ?

Those who voted said they chose PATI because the illegal migrants, according to them, are the source of all the ills in the country. Illegal migrants, they suggest, come to Malaysia to become scammers and drug dealers and buy the local IC.
The fact that the migrants are also doing business locally is suggested as a reason to crack down on them. – Feb 4, 2024
Kenapa PATI, dari PATI ni lha akan merebak jadi scammer, pengedar dadah & beli IC (read projek IC)

Tolong selesaikan masalah PATI yang dah lamaaaaaaaa tak selesai. Sampai beranak pinak kaya raya dorang dari orang kita. Berjual di pasar malam pun PATI. Tolong fokus juga di Sabah.
Kedua, scammer pun patut dibanteras habis-habisan. Kalau tak, makin ramai akan mahu jadi scammer.…

Menteri,
PATI bukan punca masalah, yg masalah ialah PEMERDAGANGAN MANUSIA.
DADAH,SCAMMER & KEWARGANEGARAAN adalah masalah polisi dan salah guna kuasa.Fix those 2 and you will see the dominos effect. But I guess you already know that.
