Malaysia’s first immersive horror experience, Hauntu has launched the second instalment of its trilogy. While Episode 1 brought visitors into the story of Harimau Gang in the 1980s, Episode 2 takes a trip to Malaysia Independence Day in 1957.
Players are tasked with solving the mystery of a strange hotel invitation and potentially breaking the spell cast on a family member by the same nefarious entity of Episode 1 that haunts the Colle Eastern Hotel.
“Compared to Episode 1, where players are focused on one mission, we want the players to focus more on the storyline in Episode 2. We have therefore made their role even more central to the story,” said Johnny Ong, Creative Director of Hauntu. For the unacquainted, Hauntu is an immersive haunted experience. Guided by a team of talented actors, players will be led on a fright inducing journey through the maze-like rooms of the fictional Colle Eastern Hotel.
