BOUTIQUE developer Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) has launched its latest residential project called ‘Senai’ in Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong.
Personally conceived by group managing director Teh Lip Kim, the development exemplifies the company’s commitment to innovative and sustainable living spaces that cater to modern homebuyers.
“Senai is designed around a tranquil natural lake, offering residents an oasis of calm amidst urban surroundings,” SDB pointed out in a media statement.
The first phase of the development would feature 200 units of three-storey strata-titled landed homes with built-up sizes ranging from 1,900 to 3,600 sq ft with selling prices starting at over RM1 mil.
Last weekend, SDB hosted an exclusive ‘sneak preview’ of Senai, attracting a strong turnout of interested homebuyers and investors. The response was overwhelmingly positive with many attendees expressing keen interest and making bookings on the spot.
“This strong initial uptake mirrors the success of SDB’s previous developments,” revealed SDB.
According to Teh herself, Senai represents SDB’s commitment to building homes that stand the test of time, notably by offering lasting value to homebuyers while aligning with the group’s sustainability goals.
“The development incorporates sustainable building features and abundant green spaces which reflects the growing demand for environmentally conscious living,” she contended.
An industry veteran told FocusM that Teh was personally involved in every aspect of Senai’s development – from its initial conception to the final execution.
“Her hands-on approach ensured that every detail of the project met her vision and high standards,” he praised.
Teh’s dedication and leadership within the property sector was recognised earlier this year with the prestigious Property Woman of the Year 2023 award by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysian Chapter.
“This accolade highlights her significant contributions to the property sector and her commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation and quality in the industry,” justified the property sector observer.
He also shared that a feng shui master who recently visited the site remarked on its exceptionally positive energy and abundance while highlighting the harmonious balance between nature and design.
SDB’s projects are known for being well-conceived and highly sought after.
The company’s other recent developments have achieved impressive take-up rates: The 19Trees landed homes in Taman Melawati are 95% sold while Jia terraced homes in Seri Kembangan are fully sold.
In Singapore, SDB’s latest residential projects – Myra on Meyappa Chettiar Road and One Draycott near Orchard Road – have been fully snapped up.
Senai is now open for registration. Interested buyers are encouraged to register early to secure their preferred units.
At 3.33pm, SDB was up 2.5 sen or 4.17% to 62.5 sen with 13,000 shares traded, thus valuing the company at RM266 mil. – Oct 10, 2024
