IMAGINE having had to battle hours of Klang Valley’s notorious traffic to reach the sanctuary of your home, only to face another headache looking for parking in your own condominium residence.
According to feedback from real estate agents and other stakeholders, this was a major complaint among strata-property dwellers.
A typical family unit now usually own two or more vehicles, with the issue becoming even more pronounced with rental units as each condo may be home to three or four drivers.
HCK Capital Group (HCK) has responded to this market sentiment by offering extra-large parking bays for selected Harvard units at its popular edusentral development in Setia Alam, Selangor.
“We listened to our buyers and having extra parking space was a high priority among families with children with their own cars,” explained Sean Ong, HCK Director of Business Relations Properties Division.
“This was also highlighted as a major plus among investors who are looking to rent their units.”
Ong divulged that many of these have been snapped up but few do remain. Given the limited availability, he further urged potential buyers to snap up these units, confident that these will fetch a premium in the secondary market.
The Harvard Suites come in two layouts, featuring two- or three-bedrooms. The former will have 660sq ft of built-up space while the latter has 804sq ft. Each floor will have just ten units serviced by five high-speed lifts further enhancing its sense of exclusivity.
Part of the education cities series, edusentral residents have two premium schools at their doorsteps – Peninsula Private School and the Peninsula International School Australia (Malaysia Campus).
Aside from offering convenience to residents, these schools also boost the appeal of retail space with large footfall of youngsters into the area.
