SERBA Dinamik Holdings Bhd announced that its subsidiaries have secured 12 contracts via a bourse filing today (Feb 4).
Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Serba Dinamik, secured an operations and maintenance contract, while PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia (PT SDI), a 75%-owned subsidiary, secured three operations and maintenance contracts, one engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contract, and one contract for other products and services.
SDIL’s contract is for major upgrades for boiler and unfired pressure vessels, with maintenance, repair and inspection, spare parts and specialised manpower, effective from Jan 2, 2020 to Jan 1, 2023, in Oman.
PT SDI sees four contracts from PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur, namely warehouse services, the rental, operation, and maintenance of an electrical network and mechanical equipment, maintenance services for an integrated production facility, and a Smart Virtual Reality Health, Safety, and Environmental Training Centre.
The fifth contract, which is for PT Mirah Ganal Energi, is for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a refinery and condensate pipeline. The total value of these six contracts is estimated at RM320.89 mil.
Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary, secured a further six contracts with no set value, as they are umbrella contracts where work orders will be awarded at the discretion of the client based on the schedule of their activities with scheduled rates throughout the duration of the respective contracts.
The contract with Malaysian Refining Company Sdn Bhd is for Lubrication System Company (LSC) crews and preventive maintenance for 11 purge mist systems, from Nov 13, 2019 to Nov 12, 2022.
PTTEP Sarawak Oil Limited and PTTEP Sabah Oil Limited share an umbrella contract for the provision of welding services for drilling operations, effective Nov 19, 2019 to Nov 18, 2022, with an option to extend for one year.
The contract with Petronas is for instrument maintenance and services for Petronas’ operating units, and runs for three years to Nov 26, 2022.
Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd’s contract with Serba Dinamik is a provision for rental of reliability based microturbine generators, effective Jan 1, 2020 to Dec 31, 2026.
The contract with SapuraOMV Upstream (Sarawak) INC is for the supply, delivery and other associated services for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for SapuraOMV’s East Malaysia operation. It is effective from Dec 11, 2019 to Dec 10, 2021, with an option to extend for one year.
Serba Dinamik’s contract with Samalaju Industrial Port Sdn Bhd is for the supply of stevedoring services, and is effective from Sept 27, 2019 to Sept 26, 2021, with an option for a one-year extension as well.
Serba Dinamik’s shares closed today at RM2.22, up four sen, with 13.36 million shares changing hands. – Feb 4, 2020
