ALL work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
Perhaps mindful of that adage, a brainy construction site supervisor thought it would a great idea to provide some form of entertainment for his hot, sweaty workers.
This came in the shape of two female aerobic dancers who entertained the crowd with some sexy gyrating dance moves and lip synching to some popular hits.
Macamni rupanya kerja dalam site. Semangat betul masing-masing 😂 pic.twitter.com/KImDC9SN6B

The clip was shared by X digital creator kamaghul deghaman (@kamaghul) who jokingly opined that no wonder the workers were so motivated. He further remarked – tongue-in-cheek – that he had no idea that this was the working conditions at a construction site.
The post elicited a variety of replies with some who found it amusing while those who are more spiritual-inclined viewed it as more signs of moral decay.
One commenter surmised that this is what is meant by “hard labour”.
Another suggested that perhaps this was why some chose to not be confined in an office environment.
With one commenter noting the very motivated workers.
One observed that when the workers are unable to go to a karaoke joint, it is just as ideal to bring the karaoke joint to the workers.
Another asked why his construction site was not like this. He also pointed out that the dancers weren’t wearing safety vests or helmets. They must be fined, he exclaimed.
Of course, there were those who frowned upon this, pointing out as another example of moral decay. ‘What was the government doing about it?’ one netizen demanded to know.
While another, somewhat missing the point, said male aerobics instructors should have been deployed before an all-male audience.
One commenter sympathised with the boss who was probably at wits end as to better motivate his workforce. Hence, instead of solely granting them monetary reward, he must have thought that this was a great solution. After all, they were smiling workers all around.
One seemingly pious netizen was concerned that the workplace had been degraded to a vice den.
Another gravely warned that female temptation was even stronger than the devil’s.
However, some did query whether this video was indeed filmed at a Malaysian construction site.
If indeed this was in Malaysia, one can be sure that the authorities will be asking some questions now that the clip has gone viral.
And it won’t be where they hired those dancers. – Feb 23, 2025
