FOLLOWING the brouhaha over images of a staff pecking the dough at Aunty Anne’s pretzels outlet in MidValley recently, the now terminated Alice Chang was allegedly spotted applying for work at a popular coffee chain.
It has also been alleged that the perpetrator is sister of Adelin Chang who gained notoriety for scamming cab drivers by claiming she always did not have enough to pay the full fare.
Many netizens did wonder aloud if these two ladies really need psychiatric help.
However, some did say everyone deserves a second chance and hope the young lady had learned her lesson.
Others though did suggest perhaps fields outside the food & beverage (F&B) spheres where such “kissing” is acceptable like pet shop or cosmetics.
However, one commenter did say the Facebook post by Meanwhile in Malaysia (MIM) was akin to stalking and could have serious consequences for the young lady.
Perhaps, the most invaluable lesson here is that not all infamy is to be desired. Social media is a cruel and brutal place to be exposed. FocusM sincerely hopes the young lady has learned her lesson and will be more professional in future vocations. – Oct 12, 2024
