SkyAwani 2 Residences completed ahead of schedule

SKYWORLD Development Group believes affordable living and luxury can go hand in hand, hence the idea of developing the resort-inspired SkyAwani 2 despite it being under Residensi Wilayah, an affordable housing programme initiated by the government.

SkyAwani 2 Residences boasts 708 units and was fully sold within six months. The residence is targeted to achieve above 70% QLASSIC rating, a system and method used by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) to assess and evaluate the quality of building workmanship based on the Construction Industry Standard in Malaysia.

According to SkyWorld COO Lee Chee Seng, SkyAwani 2 Residences was completed ahead of schedule and is ready to be handed over to its owners.

“We have invited our business associates to let them discover for themselves why the SkyAwani series is the most sought after affordable homes in Kuala Lumpur. Many were surprised to see what we have delivered for our buyers for a price tag of RM300,000,” Lee added.

SkyAwani 2, along Off Jalan Ipoh, sits on a 2.78-acre leasehold land, with a total estimated gross development value (GDV) of over RM250 mil.

To-date, SkyWorld has launched close to 4,400 units of residences under its Awani series and all units are fully sold. The new tower of SkyAwani 4 Residences is now open for sale. This project is located just 5km away from the KL City Centre and is easily accessible via major highways like DUKE, MRR2 and Jalan Genting Klang.

SkyAwani 4 Residences is fronting a 1-acre park with a jogging track, cycling track and more. With a total GDV of over RM534 mil, it features three towers of 55 stories consisting of 1,782 units. All units come with a practical layout of 800 sq ft, three bedrooms and two bathrooms at a fixed price of RM300,000. – March 3, 2020
