KRISHNAN’S family hails from Kuantan and his two boys are on the verge of entering higher education.
Surmising that they would most likely study in one of the many institutions in the education hub of Cyberjaya, he began searching for appropriate accommodation.
Given that one of his boys will be studying at the University of Cyberjaya, it makes sense that he checks out edusphere where the campus is located.
Krishnan noted with interest the lifestyle suites which had an affordable price tag. He concluded that it made more sense to pay for instalments on his own property than rental for two people.
He was attracted to the Type B Covington Suites, which had just under 800sq ft of built-up space. The units also come with two separate entrances to allow for privacy.
On-site facilities include a swimming pool and gymnasium which was ideal for his health-freak sons.
The fact that edusphere was a mixed-integrated development with plenty of retail options also meant that his sons would not need to venture far for essentials such as food and laundry services.
The main selling point though was having the University of Cyberjaya at their doorstep meaning that his eldest son needed only to walk to class. The youngest son, meanwhile, can take a short bus ride to his class at another university nearby.
Krishnan soon made plans to look for an appropriate unit with his boys who will be starting their semesters soon.
