SUMATEC Resources Bhd continues to have its Bursa Malaysia Main Market listing suspended as it has failed to submit its fourth quarterly report for the financial period ended Dec 31, 2019 (4Q2019).
“In the event that the company is unable to submit the 4Q2019 on or before March 6, the trading in the above company’s securities will be suspended with effect from 9 am, Monday, March 9, until further notice.
“However, as the company’s securities have been suspended from trading since Nov 7, 2019 in view of the winding-up order against the company, the suspension of trading will continue until further notice,” said Bursa. – March 5, 2020
