AS the sacred month of Ramadan approaches, De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan at Bangi Resort Hotel has unveiled its much-anticipated Balik Kampung-themed Ramadan Buffet which promises a culinary journey filled with rich flavours and authentic Malay traditions.
A celebration of home-coming and nostalgia, expect the renowned Chef Wan to showcase his culinary expertise through a meticulously curated selection of traditional dishes.
Each dish has been thoughtfully prepared to transport guests to the warmth and authenticity of a “Balik Kampung” experience at Bangi Resort Hotel.
Additionally, at The Linc KL and Bangsar Shopping Mall, guests of De.Wan 1958 will be able to experience a Juadah Desa theme featuring a unique culinary experience that highlights the diverse flavours of the countryside.
The buffet spread at all three locations will feature a diverse selection of traditional Malay dishes which are expertly crafted by Chef Wan and his culinary team. Guests can expect an array of mouthwatering options that pay homage to the cultural heritage of Malaysia.
