KUALA LUMPUR: The new Tax Investigation Framework 2020 which came into effect on Jan 1, 2020 can now be downloaded via the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia’s (IRBM) portal, www.hasil.gov.my.
“This new framework replaces the existing framework dated May 15, 2018. The framework aims to inform taxpayers about IRBM’s tax investigation procedures,” IRBM said in a statement on Jan 3.
