Teacher caught in sex video files police report

ACTIVITIES that happen in the bedroom should remain in the bedroom. But sometimes, foolishness governs the mind and people decide that making a video out of it was a great idea.

Take it from a teacher who was recently caught in a video having sex with her boyfriend. To recap, an electrician known as ‘Abang Wiring’, whose real name is Muhammad Hairul Ezuan Hamzah, 31, and a secondary school teacher in Melaka, Nur Fadilah Zainal, 31, pleaded guilty to a charge of attempting to engage in illicit intercourse at the Melaka Syariah High Court.

But the story did not end there of course. The sex video was circulated about and she has since made a police report, angry that her body is now content for the public. The online community, however, was unimpressed.

According to netizen @wenkt, such things, when spread, will remain forever in the age of the internet. “Even her grandchildren 50 years from now could end up seeing their grandmother’s sex video,” he said.

Another netizen wondered why they recorded it in the first place. “Is it for blackmailing the guy if he leaves her?” he wondered.

@CikPuan_CTzen said rumours were that the man himself was the one who spread the video, and not his wife.

Perhaps the winning comment goes to @FirdauzBusari93 who said, “fight for your rights, teacher. Anyway, who has the link to the video? Share it.”

On another note, @Sauffie84 advised the ladies that regardless of how much they loved their boyfriend, husband or fiance, it is vital to wear a mask when making these videos.

Towards the case, Alor Gajah District Police Chief, Superintendent Ashari Abu Samah said that the police have opened an investigation under Section 509 of the Penal Code for insulting the modesty of a person.

“Teacher Fadilah was dissatisfied upon discovering that a sex video involving her had been circulated. In addition, police have also initiated an investigation under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA),” he said.

“However, we have yet to trace the sex video in question, as it is believed to have been deleted from the mobile phone,” he said.

Previously Syariah Judge Mohd Yunus Mohamad Zin imposed a fine of RM5,000 to the both of them, or six months’ imprisonment in default of payment, under Section 52 of the Syariah Criminal Offences (State of Melaka) Enactment 1991, which provides for a maximum fine of RM5,000, imprisonment of up to 36 months, or both. —June 1, 2025
