TNG Digital’s Touch ‘n Go e-wallet has introduced a new loyalty programme that allows users to collect points when they spend with their e-wallet for daily necessities.
With GOrewards, Touch ‘n Go e-wallet e-wallet users now get more value for their money and can collect points from groceries, food and beverages, bill payments, online shopping, fuel and insurance.
As added convenience, users can also collect points for local and international payments made via the Touch ‘n Go e-wallet Visa card.
“With GOrewards, our 21-million strong users will get more value for every Ringgit they spend on-the-go with our e-wallet,” said TNG Digital Sdn Bhd CEO Alan Ni.
“We have also worked closely with our brand partners to curate exciting catalogue offers and deals for our users to redeem their points, with redemptions starting with 100 points.”
The GOrewards loyalty programme is a fully digital platform, allowing users to collect points seamlessly through the e-wallet.
Existing users can easily get onboard via the GOrewards tile to start collecting points. Points can then be redeemed for attractive rewards that include strategic partner e-vouchers from renowned brands and Alipay+ Rewards, lucky draws, and physical products from Presto.
Users will now be able to collect points for every RM1 spent and enjoy up to 6x bonus points when they pay using the Touch ‘n Go e-wallet at their strategic partners during the campaign period.
Starting Nov 6, 2023, these strategic partners will offer bonus points to users who pay with the e-wallet.
In addition, users will also benefit with 10x bonus points when they purchase insurance products from the e-wallet from Nov 14, 2023.
“As most industry players are scaling back their program, TNG Digital through Touch ‘n Go e-wallet is introducing our first comprehensive loyalty programme, GOrewards,” Ni remarked.
“With this, we want to not only be safest and most convenient e-wallet, but the most rewarding as well. GOrewards was designed to bring a rewarding experience while incentivising our users to discover more value while they spend and transact daily with our e-wallet.
“Users can simply tap on the redemption button in the GOrewards page to browse through our selection of rewards.

Points collected have a validity period of six (6) months from the month they are earned. At the moment, toll payments and parking through PayDirect as well as RFID are currently not eligible for points. – Nov 7, 2023
