PROPERTY developer NCT Group of Companies is shining up Melaka’s image with its latest masterpiece development, the Ion Forte Green City.
The development, in collaboration with the Ayer Keroh Country Club (AKCC), will be focusing on eco-friendly lifestyle and wellness tourism made up of 23-acres of land comprising five precincts with luxury services residences, wellness suites, club houses and a commercial complex.
The first phase will kick off some time this year and is expected to be complete by 2024, while the entire development is slotted for completion within seven to 10 years.
Upon completion, the project will feature comprehensive facilities and infrastructures comprising of entertainment and F&B outlets, medical and healthcare facilities which are set to complement the AKCC, being the first golf club in Melaka with a 27-hole golf course.
“The rise of Ion Forte Green City redefines the approach towards property development as it creates the perfect balance of nature, sustainable development and even health and wellness,” NCT Group founder and group managing director Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy.
“We are optimistic about the outlook of the development and more importantly the multiplier effect it will present to Melaka,” he added.
On that, AKCC CEO Datuk Wira Dr Ahmad Zaini Amin said that the project will add value to the AKCC and to the state as a whole.
