UN’s top court delivers ruling: Israel legally obligated to allow aid into Gaza

The UN’s top court has ruled that Israel—as an occupying power in Gaza—is obliged to allow and facilitate the entry of aid into the strip.

The International Court of Justice also found that Israel has not substantiated its allegations that a significant number of UNRWA employees are members of Hamas. The UN secretary general Antonio Guterres has urged Israel to comply with the verdict.
