It goes that when an individual has perverted intentions, almost any instrument could be used to violate the privacy of others.

In the video, a group of construction workers could be seen spying on a lady a great distance away using a theodolite. Interestingly, the image viewed through the lens was crisp and clear.
Fortunately, the victim was fully clothed or the video content would have been more appropriate for the many porn websites littered across the cyberspace.
Netizens were divided over the content, with some condemning it as a criminal offense.
“The twitter folks should lodge a police report,” said clem fandango while netizen cece-chan-yu said there was nothing funny about it.
Another netizen added, “Just once I’d like to see men not be all weird and creepy.”
“But the kids at the construction sites have always been horny,” pointed out am.
One netizen further advised that such foolish matter should not be recorded and made public. “Whose child is this? Do you not feel shame,” he said.
Then there was an innocuous question from Ahmad asking where he could get the instrument.
The winning comment, however, goes to netizen Add your name who said these people were profiting from spying on beautiful women while the only view he had on the theodolite was a swimming crocodile.
To those not in the know, a theodolite is a precision optical instrument primarily used in surveying to accurately measure both horizontal and vertical angles between designated points.
It allows surveyors to calculate distances, elevations, and coordinates with high precision.
Therefore it is commonly used in land surveying, construction, and infrastructure projects, sometimes even in specialised applications like meteorology and rocket launching.
