XOX and ONEXOX have unveiled their latest campaign “Jom TopUp Kaw Kaw” with the objective of strengthening their Prepaid segment. The announcement comes following a surge in subscriber numbers over the past fiscal year.
The campaign, which aims to provide added value to ONEXOX Prepaid customers was officially inaugurated during a special session held with ONEXOX Dealers at Menara Lien Hoe in Petaling Jaya.
ONEXOX Operation and Activation CEO Bobie Farid Shamsudin stated that the initiative serves as a token of appreciation for their continued support.
“Our number of subscribers has progressively increased from year to year and there is no other better way for us to thank them by launching this special campaign.”

We look forward to continuously serve them with the best service that caters to their needs and requirements while equipping them with the current trend in telco,” he highlighted.

Moreover, in the third quarter of 2023, ONEXOX witnessed a notable increase in its prepaid subscriber base, reaching 2,063,000 subscribers compared to 1,806,000 in the same period in 2022.
The “Jom TopUp Kaw Kaw” campaign is open to all ONEXOX prepaid customers, including users of ONEXOX Prepaid, WAWA Prepaid, and The Bos Gaurus Prepaid.
Furthermore, participants have the opportunity to win various rewards, ranging from talking minutes to the Grand Prize – a brand new Perodua Axia. To participate, subscribers must reload a minimum of RM10 through channels such as the BLACK app, ONEXOX’s website, XOX Self-Care, Softpin Top Up, or authorised ONEXOX dealers. There is no limit to the number of entries.
For non-ONEXOX prepaid users, they may switch to ONEXOX and register at the online store – onexox.my. Subsequently, they may subscribe to any ONEXOX prepaid products and reload a minimum of RM10 for one entry. – Feb 21, 2024
