INSPIRED by the success of the initial launches of Solasta Dutamas, YNH Property Bhd (YNH) has unveiled the latest and final offerings of the premium freehold condominium development that will be officially launched for sale on Oct 1.
The first two towers of Solasta Dutamas, namely Block B and Block C which were launched in 1Q 2023 and 4Q 2022 respectively are now close to being fully sold, according to the premier developer of upscale residential and commercial properties.
The strong take-up rate was buoyed by the development’s strategic location, competitive pricing and exceptional facilities and amenities.
The final tower of Solasta Dutamas (Block A) is a 33-storey development comprising 329 units of service apartments.
This would mark the completion of the three-tower vertical urban living development that spans across 3.52 acres of freehold land. The entire development which boasts a total gross development value (GDV) of about RM771 mil is expected to be fully completed by the 4Q 2026.

According to Yu, YNH expects the soon-to-be-launched Block A to do equally well. “We have already received a significant number of pre-registered interest prior to our launch. As new launches in prime locations within Mont Kiara are few and far between, we believe prospective home buyers are looking to seize this rare opportunity,” he projected.
Block A features four layouts: the two-bedroom units include Type A (720 sq ft), Type A1 (750 sq ft) while the three-bedroom units include Type B (880 sq ft) and Type B1 (900 sq ft). Each unit, partially furnished with built-ins, is priced from RM697,500 onwards.
