GROWING up, each and everyone of us would have some interesting memories, especially during the first day of school.

It is not easy, so let’s give some applause to an amazing canteen operator for giving the little tots a comprehensive “orientation” to better navigate the challenges of primary school life.
In the video, she could be seen giving a simple explanation on how to use money to make purchases at the canteen.

“If you give the green money, do not move as you will need to take the change,” she said, referring to the RM5. She further added that students should not give money to their friends.
“You cannot eat ice cream before your meal or else your stomach will have worms,” she said to scare the poor children into behaving.
The “orientation” has since garnered widespread attention from all over the cyberspace, with many netizens praising the lady for her effort.
“Please extend the canteen tender for this auntie for another five years with a reduction in rental rates. This is a great initiative,” said Smallz Are Peace among many other things.
Cheeky cheekily asked if it was true that people cannot eat ice cream first or their stomach will have worms.

Khai®y added that the most committed workers are the canteen operators as these people are still working when it is time for people to rest.
The briefing further reminded one netizen of a safety demo in a flight, minus the Kebaya costume.
However, Baba Kassim observed a number of students behind who were looking at the food instead of listening to what the auntie was saying.
The video also prompted a good number of people to reminisce about their childhood.
“During standard one, there was such a briefing. It reminds me how I have grown. It was hot at the feet when I wore stockings for the first time,” said NazrulNasa.
Sam added that the scene made him crave the canteen food. From our part, primary school or standard one is a rather confusing period of our life.
Underlining this briefing is the fact that everything in life starts from that first, simple step.
